We have an exciting Sales Support vacancy, in this role you will provide excellent customer service to retail partners and customers in Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium by ensuring that sales processes are correctly followed, effectively dealing with queries from customers and retail partners and supporting the Sales Manager and retail teams.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Process, acknowledge, check and confirm all orders.
• Respond to queries and complaints from retail partners and customers regarding the company’s products and service.
• Manage the order books of the given territories.
• Ensure all relevant administration is carried out using the company’s database to record and track all orders, from the orders being received through to the product being delivered to the customer.
• Directly involved in achieving sales and margin targets and maintaining distribution budgets.
• Support the Sales managers by dealing with sales issues when they are out of the office, such as answering queries from partners, dealing with stock issues, and requesting payment from partners.
• Focus on customer satisfaction ensuring a high level of customer care at all times.
• Improving the customer experience.
The following skills and experience are required:
• Ability to speak fluent German is essential.
• Ability to speak Dutch is desirable.
• Experience of working in an account management or sales support role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good IT and admin skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or international equivalent.
• Experience using an in-house database.
You will need to have lots of initiative, be able to work under pressure and have a cheerful and professional demeanour.
The role will be based in our Swindon office with occasional travel.
We offer a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience.
