We have an exciting opportunity within our Vision Care Customer Service Team for a Dutch and English speaker. In this role you willl be part of a multilingual and multi cultural environment working in our new Centre Of Excellence. Your primary focus would be looking after key UK stakeholders and supporting the Dutch customers.
Bausch + Lomb is looking for a strong team member to work closely with the UK and Dutch commercial teams to manage customer requirements and to provide a high level of service.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of your customers' requirements and always looking to provide an excellent level of service and supporting our commercial teams to grow the business for Vision Care.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the Vision Care business, to work within a focused and professional team environment providing customer service within a Global market leading company in the ophthalmic industry. You will also be involved in continued improvement ideas and projects working closely with an expert team of customer service specialist and proactively co-ordinate all aspects of the supply chain.
The Individual
We are looking for someone who likes to work in a fast paced environment and who would like to further develop their skills within the Customer Service area. The ideal candidate would come from a Customer Service environment and bring with them solid communication skills and ability to work structured and focused.
