Based first in Munich and beginning of 2013 in our newly founded office in Amsterdam, you will support one of Europe‘s largest specialtity online retail groups in expanding it‘s presence in the Netherland

We are looking for an experienced new colleague to support our Dutch shop team as
Customer Care Manager (f/m)
Our Customer Care is the direct link between zooplus and our customers. Our goal is to ensure perfect quality and customer satisfaction for all our customers with the assistance of several customer care centers throughout Europe.
Your Tasks
• Quality assurance of our customer care service by coaching and monitoring our external service providers
• 2nd and 3rd level support for our external customer care centers
E-mail support for our customers within our CRM-environment concerning all aspects of our online-shop
• Implementing the hotline for Dutch customers together with a service provider in Suriname
Communicating with in- and external partners and service providers
• Close cooperation with our headoffice in Munich and the central departments Purchase, Shop Optimization and others
• Continously development of our customer care concepts and standards and building up new teams with new service provider
Your Profile
• Bachelor in Business or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in Customer Care or Online Shopping
• General knowledge and interest in the area of pets and pet supplies
• Internet affinity and interest in e-commerce and marketing
• Flexible and reliable teamplayer with a passion for communication
• Native Dutch speaker, fluent English and/or German language skills necessary
