The New Products, Media and Platforms (NPMP) group is the link between Product and Sales at Google. NPMP helps take product innovations and turns them into client solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of their spend with Google. NPMP team members ensure we have the right commercial strategy for our products and bring product expertise to Sales, enabling front-line Sales partners to sell effectively and quickly. The role: Tangozebra Interactive Producer, EMEA
Actively help grow customer business as a sales Googler. Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grows. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace Google's latest advertising products and technologies. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
An Interactive Producer (IP), you manage core Google Sales and Delivery teams to successfully pitch and deliver expansive and complex programs for our largest and most strategic advertising clients. You are responsible for driving the planning, coordination and execution of all development and production activities, including Global campaigns, Product initiatives, Custom Advertiser programmes, and Live streaming events. You will develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and calendars, as well as assisting with all production and logistics, including content development, promotions, presentations, graphics/multimedia, and other program-related marketing materials. You will also deal with vendors, customers, partners, and a wide range of groups within YouTube and Google on scalable custom projects, communicating their status on a regular basis. The role requires strong communication, organizational and project-management skills, and knowledge of the various phases of online (copywriting, website design, interaction design, front end technologies and implementation). The ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects with critical deadlines and material risks is essential.

Responsibilities:
* Programme-manage actively, large scale advertiser campaigns including coordination of creative agencies, timelines, analytics, engineering consultants and Advertising Operations; manage the execution of large-scale co-marketing programs on YouTube including all project management, scheduling, and creative production.
* Demonstrate technical knowledge of complex web products and services; in particular, knowledge of user-generated sites and social networks; responsible for analysing the effectiveness of programs and conduct post-program reporting and return-on-investment analysis.
* Identify new creative opportunities based on sales trends, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive research; educate YouTube advertiser and agencies on how to use our advertiser tools and support the internal sales team by providing up to date product information when necessary.
* Review and seek approvals for custom campaign submissions due to launch on the platform; understand and articulate YouTube?s policy and legal requirements.
Minimum qualifications:
* BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
Preferred qualifications:
* Demonstrable background in digital application development, including experience working closely with Product Managers and Design team; experience in interactive sales, brand program & project management, or consulting essential.
* Familiarity with media plans and large-scale advertising campaigns Ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends.
* Exceptional project management, budget management, negotiation, interpersonal, and organisational skills, plus strong oral, writing, and editing skills with high attention to detail.
* Highly knowledgeable and with keen interest about the digital space with a strong desire to create best-in-class digital experiences plus must posses a basic familiarity with web technologies e.g., Flash, HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax, JSP, video compression, FTP, etc.
* Solutions-driven self-starter with the confidence and initiative to make things happen. Responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing needs. Must have strong conflict resolution, facilitation and problem solving skills, be extremely organized and a detail-oriented professional with an ability to juggle multiple projects and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
