Based in a rural location in south Cambridgeshire you will be working for an international company helping to supervise a multilingual customer service team. This is a hands-on role which will mean you will be involved with the processing of orders and dealing with customer queries in addition to coaching and mentoring and training customer service team members and also conducting appraisals, performance reviews and quality checking work. To do this you will need to be fluent in Swedish, German, Spanish or Polish, have flient English written and spoken, have an order processing/office based customer service based background in addition to supervisory/team leader experience. In addition you will have to have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated with a proactive and positive approach to your work. Due to the location of the offices, your own transport is essential
