Job Description
• The collection by the way of software generated letters together with the use of the telephone, outstanding monies due to Experian as directed by management.
• The effective liaison with divisional personnel on the progression of debts and the resolution of queries.
• The production of effective written communications on an ad-hoc basis to progress cash collection or resolve queries.
General maintenance of accounts assigned to a specific ledger in line with accounting principles and that of company objectives
Key Responsibilities
• To provide positive contributions to team meetings with a view to continuous improvement in processes.
• To cover for team members holidays according to departmental custom(rota).
• To liase with team members as to support new entrants.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
• Fluent in speaking and writing Dutch or Danish
• GCSE Maths and English.
• 2 years minimum credit control experience.
• Awareness of risk exposure and the concept of granting credit and the control attached to the process.
• Excellent keyboard skills.
• PC literacy and awareness of LAN environments.
• Demonstrate ability to reason using numerical/statistical data.
• Ability to clarify and interpret written information.
• Persuasive, articulate and firm.
• MS Office experience essential
• Team player.
• Resourceful.
• Positive in outlook.
