Customer Service Representative Dutch – Brasov

Responsibilities:
To handle customers calls/ e-mails
To identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system
To maintain customer database and process orders
To promote company’s products and services
To contribute to process improvement and cooperate effectively with your team
Requirements:
Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken), English would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Customer orientation and problem solving skills
Outgoing and cooperative
Strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions
Results-oriented and effective team player
Call center experience is an advantage
Proficient computer/keyboarding skills are essential
