LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a Bilingual Team Leader- Customer Service for a Global Networking marketing Company to work on International customer care campaigns
You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international customer care department, dealing with European distributors working on International customer care projects for their International clients, there is a strong need for an excellent candidate who can speak either Swedish or German however other languages are also welcomed
Bilingual Team Leader - Customer Service Manager ideally Swedish or German speaking - Other languages also welcome Duties:
Managing the performance assessment, coaching, training and development of the team
Planning efficient team work schedules and ensure customer service standards are met or exceeded
Improving company policies, procedures and processes to advance customer relations and better meet customer needs.
Dealing with customers by phone, e-mail, or in person and provide excellent service.
Review Payment reports on a regular basis and oversee communication to rectify any issues which might arise.
Identify problems with accounts and solve them promptly.
Travelling to attend conventions, trainings and meetings, when required
Bilingual Team Leader Customer Service Manager ideally Swedish or German speaking - Other languages also welcome In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:
Bilingual in English and ideally either Swedish and German, however strong customer service team leaders will also be considered
Having previous experience in Customer Care Team leading and ideally knowledge of network marketing, although this is not essential.
Excellent client management and coordination skills with the ability to work on deadlines
Outstanding communication skills as you will have to liaise with international team and clients on a daily basis
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
