Currently, we are seeking a Spanish/ Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor at our Nottingham Site
Scope and purpose of the job:
· To provide a consistently high level of customer service, specifically in relation to areas of customer contact e.g.: customer enquiries; orders; technical questions and associated areas
· General awareness and responsibility for all points of contact that a customer may have with Merck Chemicals Ltd.
· To work as an effective and flexible member of the Customer Service Team.
· Company Standard Operating Policies (SOPs) and general policies must be followed.
Responsibilities:
· Processing customer orders and quotations
· Processing customer enquiries
· Customer account maintenance (SAP operating procedures)
· Customer Relationship Management
· Customer & Account Manager Support
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
· Fluency in English
· Fluency in Spanish/Italian is essential, other language skills an advantage
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent telephone manner
· Good listening skills
· Computer literate with good keyboard skills
· SAP knowledge an advantage
· Attention to detail/ accurate
· Good teamworker
· Well organised
