We have a vacancy for an Operations Project Lead, working Monday- Friday 09:00- 18:00 basis (40 hours per week). The key responsibilities of the role are to provide operational project support to the Operations Change Manager and to offer strategic planning advice and direction for managing change projects in the operation.
The successful candidate will have personal responsibility for assisting successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of identified organisational/operational projects. This will include supporting managing change arising in projects; identifying potential risks; mitigating risks in agreed projects and creating and implementing operational project plans.
Candidates should possess Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner skills coupled with significant experience of supporting project management teams. You must be commercially aware, a persuasive communicator and able to solve problems in a logical and creative way. Above all you must be focussed on delivering results.
