JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT (French and English)
We are recruiting for one of our clients
Job description
° Be able to take pertinent decision linked to the day to day routine activities and to solve problems that are recurrent in the activity
° Be able to respond quickly to the team requests
° Actively assist the accounting team and the manager in the following tasks and respecting strictly the deadlines assigned:
- Coding of invoices and SAP data entries
- Sales payments accuracy controls
- Filling of the invoices
- SAP / sales checks
- Reconciliation of credit cards, bank payments, cash and petty cash management
- Payment preparation if needed
- Reconciliation of other G/L accounts to auxiliary books
- Other day to day routine accounting tasks and assisting the manager in various requests to support the other department
° IT-litteracy: MS-Office, SAP
° Fluent in English
° Good knowledge of accounting standards
Experience
2-3 years of experience in an accounting department (preferably experience in reconciliation of accounts)
Education
CFC, maturité prof.
