We are seeking an outstanding French and English OR German and English speaking Customer Service Advisor to work in our London office in Fulham.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting online demonstrations for clients and sales staff
• Ability to be a self-starter and work in a fast paced environment
• Providing service support for our international accounts (handling service issues, invoicing questions and research for individual client requests)
• Working with clients in our domain names, trademarks and brand protection business to help them protect their intellectual property
• Taking and fulfilling orders, partnering with our clients to become their trusted advisor
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
• Working with vendors to resolve technical issues and identify new revenue opportunities/enhancements to product offerings
• Assisting Product Manager with problem-solving, product development and troubleshooting
Job Requirements:
• Native (or "as good as") French speaker OR native (or "as good as") German speaker
• Fluency in English
• A proven commitment to, and experience in, providing excellent customer service
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong desire to work for a dynamic organization
• A proven track record of working well in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A strong record of producing quality results
• An understanding that your success is interdependent with the success of your team
