Your tasks:
Advise our international prospects and customers over the phone and assist them with any questions about our software
Provide support, especially for our Scandinavian customers
Process written requests by e-mail
Issue and follow up on quotations
Assist in the implementation of sales campaigns
Collaborate closely with our tech-support team

Sales talent and enthusiasm for working with people
Good writing, editing, interpersonal and communication English and at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, etc.
A degree in economics, business studies, business information technology or linguistics is a plus
Previous working experience is an advantage

Sie beraten unsere internationalen Interessenten und Kunden telefonisch und stehen für alle Fragen rund um unsere Software zur Verfügung
Insbesondere Kunden aus Skandinavien werden von Ihnen betreut
Sie bearbeiten schriftliche Kundenanfragen über ein E-Mail-System
Sie erstellen und verfolgen Angebote
Sie helfen aktiv bei der Durchführung von Vertriebskampagnen
Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Support-Team zusammen

Verkäuferisches Talent und Spaß an der Arbeit mit Menschen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch oder Englisch sowie einer der folgenden Sprachen: Schwedisch, Norwegisch, etc.
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Sprachen
Idealerweise besitzen Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung (z. B. in Form von Praktika)
Fortgeschrittene Windows®-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
