Company: Our client is a global leader in operational IT security. They develop, integrate and market security software solutions to help businesses prevent IT risks. They now have available a French Speaking Technical Support Role in their Berkshire headquarters.


Role: Technical Support Engineers are responsible for troubleshooting and developing technical solutions related to software and setup for field engineers. You will also be involved in the creation of standards to ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate must be competent at dealing with problems, case load and requests which require more in-depth knowledge. Utilizing the appropriate internal resources, escalation procedures and help guides and internal directories/libraries will assist you answer most queries.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent French and English. In addition you will need experience in Technical Support, Network Support, Helpdesk or similar technical customer facing role. Candidates that possess experience with SQL administration, standard concepts, practices, and procedures relating to Windows Operating Systems, and troubleshooting Windows network environments are preferred. It is also a pre-requisite of this role to have experience in WebSphere, Visual Source Safe,.NET, Visual Age for Java, Javascript, Unix, Business Process management, ITIL, ITSM, network tuning, database tuning.
