We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can build rapport, demonstrate empathy and loves talking to customers. We are currently recruiting for customer service roles representing a well-known brand. We offer excellent training, benefits and opportunities for progression.
Your Challenge:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our client’s members. Our focus is to provide members with a first class customer service exceeding their expectations every time!
As a Customer Service Agent you will:
Receive inbound enquiries on behalf of our client from Europe, Middle East & Africa.
Respond to members queries in a timely, polite and courteous manner.
Work to and understand team SLAs and exceed personal KPIs.
Display understanding and knowledge of the client’s products and services.
Share information with your team members.
Handle professionally membership service enquiries, payments and any follow up issues.
Liaise between members, our client & the team to achieve excellent communication.
Escalate any customer complaints/issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Handle written correspondence in a timely and effective manner.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Highlight ideas for continuous improvement throughout the business
About You:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent written and spoken linguistic ability in Dutch and German as well as English
A positive, customer focused attitude
Ability to think on your feet, to multitask and use your own initiative
Attention to detail
Well-developed listening skills
Team player, working towards team goals and supporting other team members
Flexibility, understanding cultural differences
Pursues everything with energy and drive, seldom gives up before finishing!
