We are working with a client in the insurance sector based in South Wales. Due to expansion into Europe, they are now recruiting for Finnish, Swedish Danish or Norwegian speakers for their Customer Service Team. Additional language skills are very helpful.
The candidates would be the primary contact for their clients and customers. The role would include dealing with all correspondence, which could be anything from complaints to new enquiries, handling claims and keeping databases and records up to date.
Candidates must have excellent language skills to near native level Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, and ideally another European language.
Excellent customer service experience, particularly in complaints handling would be advantageous. Good communication skills are also essential. You should be able to work in a team and also on your own. If you have previous experience in a finance/insurance sector, this would be an advantage, but not essential.
