Customer Service/ Purchasing with Russian/Ukrainian
We are currently recruiting a Sourcing and Procurement Assistant speaking Russian/Ukrainian on behalf of an international financial services company. The role is an incredible opportunity to gain professional experience and work within international environment.
Job Description:
• Providing effective communication and professional relations with Russian/Ukrainian customers, suppliers and co-workers
• Responding to queries and solving problems related to Purchase Orders (getting authorizations, performing changes in the system, informing parties involved)
• Contacting clients and suppliers to solve overdue deliveries (finding new delivery date)
• Maintaining high quality of reports.
Person Specification:
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent Russian/Ukrainian and very good English
• Customer orientation
• Team player
• SAP knowledge will be an asset.
