The role: Small Business Marketing Manager, Google Enterprise EMEA
Shape the future of how Google Apps is used in the workplace and be part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business. We?re looking for a rigorous marketer to craft world-class, integrated campaigns targeting small & mid sized businesses and driving adoption of Google Apps for Business. You will plan and execute major demand generation campaigns targeting small businesses across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, through a combination of data-driven planning and creative thinking. You will be in charge of positioning and promoting Google Enterprise products to achieve measurable revenue objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit Small Businesses through efficient ROI-based campaigns designed to drive product adoption. You will also look to optimise customer lifetime value through ongoing upsell/cross-sell activities. You will be required to analyse the results of marketing programs to optimise investments, and you will be the marketing point of contact for senior Sales, Operations and Marketing stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Drive the B2B acquisition strategy to recruit SMB customers and drive revenue for Google Enterprise Applications.
* Build integrated, multi channel demand generation programs to achieve aggressive acquisition targets.
* Develop outstanding messaging and creative marketing assets.
* Track and analyse marketing activities to optimise overall results and plan campaign and channel mix.
* Manage the EMEA acquisition budget to execute ROI efficient acquisition programs.
Minimum qualifications:
* BA/MBA degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications:
* Superior direct and acquisition marketing track record, including online advertising, affiliate marketing and direct mail, ideally with small businesses.
* Excellent analytical skills and proven track records in managing ROI campaigns and measurement.
* Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
* Interest in analysing B2B products, customers and market dynamics and strong aptitude for determining the optimal positioning.
