Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace Google's latest advertising products and technologies. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
The Search Regional Product Expert is the focal point in region on all aspects of Google?s Search business. You will be one the central points in the Search LatAm team, supporting the Global Product Leads to help insure end-to-end success of their product family in the region, from its original inception by product management to its roll out at scale and revenue growth. You must also ensure that the product is ready for prime-time from a commercialization perspective: Teams are trained, product is localized, value proposition and sales narrative are well defined, and end-to-end sales delivery are planned for (from I/O to post-sales, everything is working properly).






Responsibilities:

* Drive Go-to-Market strategy, Solution Localization & Launch Readiness of Google Search Products for the LatAm Region in close collaboration with Global Search Sales & Strategy Team - Focus on driving value of Search, helping Google accelerate the revenue through consolidated analysis, benchmarking and market competition.

* Conducts analysis; customer feedback (through Product Solutions specialists and LCS) and internal feedback to provide guidance to relevance of product strategy to local needs in LatAm; - Makes recommendations to product management teams on required adjustments and constraints on product features in order to improve usage; assess launch capacity in their regions as input into Global product teams set launch plans.
* Ensure localization of pricing / systems (as needed); feedbacks and works with support teams (policy, sales finance, compliance, ops, pricing) to ensure all dimensions of the product?s commercialization are fully operational in the region; - Develop & deliver training to country solution specialists in order to enable pods; facilitate in-region alpha testing in coordination with Global Product teams; develop ROE for ensuring that solution specialists are appropriately engaging with the pods; provide qualitative feedback from the field back to global mobile team; troubleshoot regional sales issues and attainment gaps (supporting the solutions specialists who take lead with pods on gap analysis).
* Provide second-level deep product expertise for pods when Solution Specialists escalate issues ; support coordination of planning and communications for regional NPS leaders; provide NPS guidance into regional process to agree on campaign selling/revenue program goals.





Minimum qualifications:

* BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).





Preferred qualifications:

* Strong online and search sales and business-development experience.
* Substantial experience in advertising sales/marketing or management consulting experience across media and telecom sectors.
* Established relationships and presence within the online marketplace.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
* Analytics experience.
