My client has an immediate need for a high performing User Support Coordinator (Spanish) with a passion for technology, operations and products to help serve their global user base.
This person will support end users through existing and new support channels. You will be joining a small, highly leveraged, and fun-loving team with a very experimental culture.
Requirements
* BA/BS degree with a strong academic record.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
* Global mindset, comfort working with team members across functions and geographies.
* Proven experience in a customer service or tech support position
* Experience working collaboratively and proactively in a diverse team environment.
* Enthusiasm for customer service and desire to help Google users;
* Experience with customer service and/or teaching/training a plus.
* Passion for Google's consumer products, with a strong desire to build in-depth product knowledge.
Responsibilities
* Become an expert in the unique issues faced by local businesses and deliver solutions by Google tailored to their needs.
* Master the use of our support channels & tools including email, phone, chat, discussion forums, and Help Centers.
* Maintain and improve support channels by writing help content, designing contact forms, designing new support tools, training other team members, etc.
* Identify and report user issues & feedback through appropriate channels.
* Proactively identify opportunities to optimize & develop existing or new processes & tools geared towards improving internal efficiency and customer satisfaction
Immediate interview and start - EUR15/hr - 11 month contract
