Job Description & Person Specification
Role: Admin Executive (Danish / Swedish speaker)
Reporting to: Country Manager
Location: London
The Role
Working within a busy professional telecoms company, following up on front line sales shops, offering promotions, checking stock and inventory and arranging for supplies to be sent to various retail outlets.
Requirements
Organizing and arranging data from all retail outlets.
Filing and retrieving information for necessary departments and product managers.
Maintaining and updating a database on spreadsheets and other formats.
Making outbound calls to given retail outlets in specified areas in order to check their current sale performance.
To conduct an inventory and stock audit with specified retail outlets and document the information retrieved.
To update retail outlet owners with current promotions and offers.
To ensure all retail outlets are receiving their due incentives based on their sales performance.
General administration and office management duties and responsibilities as and when required.
Language Requirements: - Candidate must be fluent in 2 or 1 of the following languages
Danish / Swedish
English
Person Specification:-
Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Maintain reports within all MS office applications.
Methodical and organized.
Accurate with good attention to detail
Ability to deal with all situations calmly and efficiently.
Ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment.
Must be decisiveand have excellent interpersonal and people skills.
Working requirements
Flexibility with shift patterns is required to ensure support across operational hours -Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00pm, Optional Sat - 11:00am to 4:00pm
