Summary
The Web Producer provides design, implementation, production, publishing and testing for web
deliverables. Working as part of a corporate organization, you will be expected to work as part of a
team, both with your co-located colleagues and across the business.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities
As a key resource in a web project team, the web producer is expected to execute on tasks to quality and time set by the web project manager.
This will involve the creation of standards based web pages and digital assets which will be published using a corporate content management system. The ability to produce HTML to a high standard within code and design guidelines provided is essential.
As part of a web project team, key responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of web creative documentation, such as; Site Maps, Wireframes and UAT, Metrics as well as project planning and reporting.
The web projects are mostly international in nature; involving localization and globalization of content.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Recent graduates will be considered.
* Or, 2 year minimum HTML production and design experience in a commercial environment.
* Experience of "hand-tagging" HTML (i.e. using text editor) as well as standard HTML authoring tools (e.g. Dreamweaver).
* Candidate should have a good knowledge of web design basics including layout, page optimization,
* UX design, typography, spacing and color.
* Knowledge of any of the following would be advantageous.
XML, JSP, JS (AJAX), CSS (XSLT and Jquery) Adobe Suite, Omniture.
* Required skills Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop .
Desired Language Skills
Good written skills in simplified and traditional Chinese
OR in Korean
OR in Japanese
Business Skills
Must demonstrate a good practical knowledge and application of Project Management.
Experience working in a Business-to-Business Marketing Environment.
Good verbal and written skills, required for communication with internal customers, suppliers and
extended teams.
Well organized, able to attribute priority and execute on tasks without supervision.
Qualification
Degree Level, vocational or equivalent experience
