Responsibilities
• To receive and handle inbound calls and emails, providing support to customers in their language.
• Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries in the respective language.
• Pro-actively respond to customer queries.
• Data input and information management.
• Liaise with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/issues.
Qualifications
Graduates of High School/College/University
Fluent speakers in the respective languages
Fluent English
Good Knowledge of PC (typing, internet)
Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, passionate about customer services
