Employing 50,000 staff and operating in over 25 countries they are one of the world`s most recognized brands. Their European team in Berlin is expanding where they now have vacancies for a Swiss German+French Financial Support.
Role: Supporting the financial activities of their customers you will respond to queries regarding payment, invoices, contracts and other finance support activities with their largest customers over the phone, email and fax. You will be processing credit and leasing contracts, using your SAP knowledge for accounting tasks and dealing with collections. The role requires you to have good experience dealing with customers, arranging and prioritizing deadlines and delivering a service. He/she will also make offers for new customers or renewals
Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year customer support, customer facing skills or similar experience. In addition you will need to speak Swiss German and French to business level. You have successfully completed an apprenticeship, preferably in the commercial sector You will also have excellent numerical and analytic skills and ideally previous experience in finance.
