One of the UK's leading tourism companies is looking for a fluent Dutch-speaker to join one their multi-national e-commerce team. This is an excellent time to join the company, with the UK at the heart of so much during this summer so there is lots of demand across their websites. The company are based in gorgeous offices, right by Victoria station and have a fantastic benefits scheme. The role will see you managing the online shop for the Netherlands and other English-speaking countries in order to maximise revenue and profit whilst providing excellent customer experience and service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch as well as another language (ideally German and/or Spanish), have good experience within a customer service position and be a collaborative, team player who is able to multi-task and prioritise effectively.

Customer Service & Operations Executive - DUTCH SPEAKER

As a Customer Service and Operations Executive you will be responsible for an e-commerce site aimed specifically at the Dutch market whose aim is to entice people to the UK by selling anything from overnight stays and trips to books, trinkets and attraction tickets. This role is hugely varied so no two days will be the same. Your daily duties will include:

-Checking the website is functioning as it should
-Dealing with customer service enquiries both on email and over the phone
-Managing local warehouses in the Netherlands to ensure they have the correct amount of required stock
-Translating product descriptions from English to Dutch and vice versa
-Creating imagery for the website using Photoshop
-Basic web editing, using HTML
-Financial reconciliation - analysing the performance of the website in terms of sales, profit and loss etc
-Contribute to the work of the team where required - from reporting to data-entry and holiday cover

Customer Service & Operations Executive - DUTCH SPEAKER

To apply for the role of Customer Service & Operations Executive you must be fluent to native level in Dutch, both written and spoken. The ideal candidate will also have fluency in German, Italian, Spanish or Japanese also). You will be a graduate calibre candidate who has prior experience within a customer service environment so have excellent communication skills, being confident and polite in your manner. Ideally you will have some experience within e-commerce as well but this is not essential. Most importantly, you have a strong work-ethic and are keen to get stuck into a team environment and be able to juggle lots of different tasks at one time and be able to prioritise those tasks effectively.
