About us:
One Claims provides claims management and medical emergency assistance services to the Travel and Personal Accident insurance market and directly to multinational corporations through a team of multi-lingual claims handlers.
The role:
The successful candidate will join our International Team handling insurance claims from around the world, in particular from Denmark, communicating with our customers and third parties both in writing and over the telephone and carrying out administrative tasks in relation to the handling of the claims.
The candidate:
You don’t need to have worked in insurance before as we pride ourselves on our training but you will need to be fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken, have outstanding customer service skills and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
Our Claims Handlers are in continuous communication with our customers and clients so you will also need to be a confident and outgoing communicator.
In addition you should be proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel and have the ability to work on your own initiative but also be supportive of your colleagues in the wider team.
