Working as part of the Contact Centre Team, the Junior Delivery Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive telephone and email support and liasing with the Client / 3rd party vendors. The Junior Delivery Specialist will answer calls and emails to support on multiple process queries and transactions across all areas of HR, and provide navigational assistance with systems.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support within agreed scope within end-to-end multi process transactional activities related to servicing clients’ requests according to any instructions provided,
- Propose and initiate improvement changes and solutions,
- Follow the agreed change management process and implement the changes to the process documentation, also applying the new rules in daily work,
- Team support in daily work (co-operation with colleagues from other teams when solving problems),
- Train new hires and supporting less experienced employees,
- Liaise with Clients’ teams/employees,
- Deliver training for the new hires as agreed with direct superior.
To be successful in this role you must be proficient in the following areas:
- Fluent English and French,
- Customer service experience is required,
- Experience in administration (HR, Administration, Consulting) will be an asset,
- Work in the international / outsourcing company will be an asset, preferably in Call Centre/Customer Service environment,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is a must),
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Self motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines,
- Teamwork skills,
- Spotless record and strong ethos.
