The network of ExxonMobil Business Support Centers is a dynamic and expanding, world-class organization. Being part of one of the world's largest corporations, we serve the affiliates in multiple languages.
Responsibilities:
-Interpret and accurately input delivery information into Stripes
-Monitor dispatch administration processes are handled in timely fashion
-Interface with 3rd parties to ensure accurate and timely data processing
-Produce regular reports
-Create, change and terminate contracts for Benelux Pickup customers
START: September 2012
REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent English and at least basic Dutch, French, German or Norwegian
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
-Interpret and accurately input delivery information into Stripes
-Ability to work closely with numerical information, well organized
-Attention to detail, able to handle repetitive task
-Ability to prioritize workload
-Excellent communication and problem solving skills
-Advantages include knowledge of SAP, logistical work, and/or oil industry.
