The Mobile Advertising team that operates within Advertising Sales was organized to fortify the company's mobile objectives in search, display, branding, and measurement. We do this by striving to identify our clients' business challenges, to collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives, and to keep them educated and informed in the ways that our products can enhance their online and/or offline presence. This is a relatively new initiative for Google, so the department and every job in it will continue to evolve.
The role: Agency Account Manager
As an Agency Account Manager, you will create strategies to sell Google's mobile solutions through strong relationships with advertisers and resellers. You will support Account Executives to develop and manage relationships. You are required to work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Additionally, you're an advisor and consultant, as well as a client advocate within Google. With the lead by Account Executives, you'll use your analytical skills to grow existing business, develop and close new business,and support your team with account and market analysis and other collateral.

Responsibilities:

* Take responsibility for upselling and management of your direct clients.
* Figure out sales opportunity of your direct clients and report on sales figures internally.
* Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
* Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their ROI.

Requirements:


* BA/BS or equivalent required.
* At least 5 years of work experience. Experience in web planning, online marketing, and/or advertising management a plus.
* Team-player who can dedicate to client service.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Strong project planning and management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English (TOEIC 700 & above).
