Our client, an international airline is looking for an experience HR and Operations professional to join their team
You will:
" Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including staff relationship management, probation reviews, establishment and termination of contracts and personnel file management
" Implement staff compensation & benefit policies
" Maintain awareness of staff attendance
" Provide daily management of administrative activities within the London office. This will include establishing and implementing admin policies & regulations as well as supervising receptionists and admin staff
" Responsible for the Admin and facilities budget, including forecast control, cost reduction and continual improvement on expenses
" Responsible for company admin management, including but not limited to air tickets, hotels, office lease, car rental, and stationary management.
" Organize and coordinate projects as and when required. This may include office relocation, new site opening and corporate events
" Organize and coordinate company events such as annual staff and executive meetings and company outings
" Receive VIP visitors and provide logistic support
" Coordinate expatriate mobility, including applications for work visas, residency permits and housing arrangements
Your skills:
" Experience providing HR and operational support
" An up to date awareness of all UK labor law requirements
" Strong communication skills, liaising between the UK and Head Office
" Mature, pro-active and independent
" Proactive and forward thinking in a growing environment
