Based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Channel Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for managing the account relationship within their respective sales territories. They will also develop strategies for enhancing channel sales through their respective partners. The candidate must be able to position Condusiv product and channel value proposition.
•Understand, develop and grow the territory whereby monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
•Understand and convey key business issues facing distributors, resellers and customers.
•Develop sales plan to provide market overview and sales/marketing strategy for achieving sales target.
•Recruit and manage the channel partners.
•Implement channel enablement programs in territory
•Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.
•Coordinate Opportunity Management and Deal Registration with Field Sales Organization.
Reports to the VP Sales
•Independent, self-motivated individual with high drive.
•1-3 yrs sales/channel experience.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong desire to win!
•Strong competitive, work ethic, with a willingness to "do what it takes" to succeed.
•Proven ability to deliver under pressure and within deadlines.
•Effective use of CRM tools including SFDC, Partner Portals etc.
•Four year degree in business, marketing, sales, technology or other relevant field, or equivalent experience.
•Fluent French AND German.
Basic Salary £40 – £50K + Bonus OTE 85K.
