Bloomberg's Operations department is looking for enthusiastic and hard working candidates who can provide various levels of support for our both internal and external customers in areas including Desktop, Software, Hardware, Server, Infrastructure, Biometric Security, Networking, Mobile devices and much more.
Potential hiring departments are;
*Global Technical Support, and/or
The successful candidates should be bilingual in both English and Japanese, customer service oriented, and strong interest in new IT technologies.
- Strong interest in Information Technology
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Japanese
- Organized and flexible approach
- Experience with Microsoft OS and applications, and mobile technology
- Knowledge in Cisco & Avaya/Nortel data & voice products is an advantage
- Outstanding communication & inter-personal skills and be able to work well in a team environment
- Multi-tasking skills
