Our client based in Maidenhead are looking to recruit a Sales Operations Coordinator to play a key role within their team. This role requires someone who is a fantastic multi tasker as you will be involved in virtually all elements of the business.
The role will include but not be limited to; tracking and processing customer orders, liasing with the logisitics co-ordinator in regards to weekly and monthly delivery schedules, co-ordinating with the sales, operations and services departments to provide them with reports, delivery data and other information. You will also be working alongside the sales & marketing teams, assisting with their reporting activities across Europe and working on project work as and when needed.
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive individual with experience in a sales support / sales administration role or a customer service environment. Ideally you will be educated to degree level and speak an additional european language (French or German is preferred) but this is not essential. You must be IT literate in MS office packages and order entry systems such as SAP.
