Invensys Controls designs, engineers and manufactures products, components, systems and services used in appliances, heating, air conditioning/cooling and refrigeration products across a wide range of industries in residential and commercial markets. The Heating Controls EMEA business unit is a multi-brand business specializing in the design, manufacture and supply of domestic heating controls to European markets.
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Plymouth based Customer Support Advisor –France to join our organization in Plymouth and act as a contact point for French customers and provide admin support for the French sales team.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsibility for management of tender management process
• Manage customer inquiries concerning orders, customer care and supply chain issues
• Act as an interface between French customers and Invensys plants in Plymouth and Nuremburg
• Act as an interface between field based sales team and Invensys plants in Plymouth and Nuremburg – including Product Management, Marcoms etc.
• Act as a contact point for customers on technical issues – liaise with Technical support specialists in Plymouth and Nuremburg to obtain more detailed information for customers as required.
• Order entry for products produced in Nuremburg and Plymouth
• Set up customers and net prices on Invensys order management systems
• Provides excellent Customer satisfaction with order processing & supply
• Creates facilitation of French market growth through the provision of efficient support services for the French sales team
Education & skills required:
• Strong telephone and communication skills
• Educated to “A” level/HNC in a business related discipline
• Business fluency in French, English and ideally a third European language
• Good understanding of international trade requirements
• Excellent communication skills will be essential
• Strong attention to detail
• A completer/finisher who can work autonomously as well as working as part of a team
• Proactive approach to work
