Are you a Future Fifteen?
Join the Future Fifteen (F15) challenge and launch your global career with one of the world’s largest dairy companies. A cooperative owned by more than 7000 Danish and Swedish milk producing farmers, Arla Foods operates across five continents and owns famous brands such as Cravendale, Lurpak and Anchor.
We believe in talent for the present, and talent for the future. That means selecting a small number of the very best business and technical graduates and making a strong and lasting investment in their careers.
That is what our Future Fifteen graduate training and development programme represents. It’s for graduates who possess the intellectual power, global mindset and innovative ambition to pursue an international career.
We’re looking for graduates with high-level knowledge in business or technical disciplines. You could be a newly qualified postgraduate with a Masters or have completed a BA or BSc with a year’s industrial placement. We’d also like to meet graduates with relevant experience after university. Experience of working or studying overseas is particularly useful and you should be a fluent English speaker with proficiency in at least one other language.
Our unique graduate scheme consists of three eight-month placements over a two-year period, at least one of which will be overseas. Responsible for activities that are critical to our business or have a direct impact on our daily operations, you’ll quickly develop your international experience and expertise. Your learning will be rooted in our core values: Lead, Sense and Create.
Using your ability to envision the future, to engage people and deliver performance, you’ll work both independently and within teams, facing complex professional scenarios in an ever-changing environment. We’ll provide you with the ideal framework for your professional and personal development. You’ll have a personal sponsor, a line manager and a senior managerial contact to help you as you learn to lead, sense and create.
Earn your position at international level.
The closing date for applications is 15th March 2012 if you are successful at initial screening, you will be invited to attend an interview in April.
