A new opportunity has arisen for a Dutch speaking Credit and Collections Specialist working for a leading client based in Glasgow.
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Assessment of new accounts
- Perform and evaluate credit checks on new customer accounts
- Check credit limits in place for all accounts within the designated countries
- Proactively contact customers, primarily by telephone
- Plan and prioritise customer calls regularly to maximise collections
- Liaise with other departments including various business units / departments.
- Various ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader / Manager.
This role would suit someone who is either native Dutch speaker or a fluent Dutch speaker. Experience within an Accounts Receivable function would be ideal however candidates from a Customer Services background will also be considered.
