My Client, a design and manufacturing company in Cambridge, are looking for an Italian Speaking Assistant to the Operations Manager. Due to a substantial period of growth and development, this organisation are seeking to appoint a new member to their team.

This is a permanent post and they are looking to interview as soon as possible.
The company are based on the outskirts of Cambridge and work Monday to Friday with a flexible approach. The hours of work are 37.5 per week, although when you work within the Monday to Friday perameter, is flexible. 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays. There is also an element of travel to Italy (Rome) involved, in order to establish relationships with clients and maintain existing contracts - ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently - documents being signed and questions answered speedily.
No two days are the same and you will be required to multitask and organise your day efficiently.
DUTIES
Assisting the Operations Manager
Processing and monitoring orders on in-house system
Administration duties
Customer relations via telephone and email
Experience of "Quickbooks" software would be advantageous
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Able to converse and write fluently in Italian
Previous administration experience
