Randstad Business Support are currently looking for an individual to join a specialist Legal team at a Cheltenham based Client. The successful candidate will be working in a team provides accounting, audit, taxation and strategy advice to legal practices across the UK.
Role Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the planning, preparation and completion of audits of client monies held under the Solicitors' Accounts Rules and submission of reports to the Solicitors Regulation Authority
* Working alongside other members of the Legal team as required
Skills & Qualifications:
* Legal cashier experience or other financial experience with legal practices desirable
* Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships internally and externally
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Technical skills as follows:
1 Word (basic to intermediate level)
2 Excel (basic to intermediate level)
3 Email (basic level)
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
* Accurate, methodical and a keen eye for detail
* Ability to use own initiative when necessary
* High degrees of flexibility; must be able to manage numerous tasks at the same time and yet be focused so that work is completed on a timely basis and to deadline.
* As our clients are based throughout the UK there may be a need to work away from Cheltenham occasionally.
