Administrator, HR Operations - Dutch/French Speaker Within this junior HR role, you will work with a range of recruiters based across Europe with a particular focus on Apprenticeships within French regions. The TA/Contracts Operations team is responsible for providing operational and administrative recruitment support and building and maintaining relationships within Higher Educational establishments and centres There will also need to become involved with handling and co-ordination of documentation associated with hiring of candidates, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Key Accountabilities
* Co-ordinate candidate interview schedules with all stakeholders including hiring managers and recruiters
* Communicate with candidates to ensure positive candidate experiences
* Produce offer letters and employment contracts and all associated documentation
* Support the execution of the employment due diligence process
* Coordinate, support and track results of hiring/sourcing events to maximize sourcing effectiveness
* Manage all recruitment documentation and requisition files for the global talent acquisition process in compliance with CCE standards
* Update/maintain ATS and related documentation and other TA systems to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
* Execute and distribute regular reporting on Talent Acquisition metrics
Education School leaving qualifications, preferably with Higher Education results Experience
* Skills and experience enabling an immediate contribution to the team
* Human resources experience/recruitment admin preferred
* Exposure working with employment contracts and Apprenticeship (Apprentissage) and Professional Contracts (Contrats de Professionnalisation).
* a distinct advantage
* Excellent Microsoft office skills
* Excellent listening, questioning and both written and verbal communication skills
* Team worker
* Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
* Experienced within the recruitment of Apprenticeships/Internships in France a definite advantage
Languages
* Dutch and French speaker - Native level
* Fluent English
