The role: Enterprise Geospatial Sales Head
The Enterprise team at Google is on the front lines of helping the globe "go Google." As an Enterprise Direct Sales representative, you evangelize Google tools like Apps, Search and Chrome to leading companies, schools and government agencies. You champion the innovative power of our products to make these large accounts more productive, collaborative and mobile. You bring Google's portfolio into big and small companies around the world, and handling complex customer and stakeholder relationships comes easy to you. With a passion for Google products, you seal the deal and help make the world a more Googley place.
This position holder will be responsible for managing whole of North Asia (Korea, Taiwan & Hong Kong) and will be responsible for driving the complete Geo spatial business for this region.
Responsibilities:
* Build a territory plan to generate, develop, and close sales opportunities with a focus on Commercial accounts.
* Seek out strategic partners, finding key stakeholders, and working across the organization to identify, qualify and close opportunities.
* Gather, manage and direct a virtual team during the sales cycle.
* Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
* Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and a technical level.
Minimum Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
* 8 years of sales experience, including managing large multi-million dollar deals.
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA/MSc.
* Experience in doing large account management and business development.
* Experience in selling geo spatial products and maps (ArcGIS/ MapInfo/GE Small World/ Location Based Services/Maps).
* Experience in handling Govt, automotive companies, OEMs, Telcos in South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
* Experience in building and managing large complex deals.
