Leading international construction materials producer requires a highly experienced Operations Manager - Ukraine
Responsibilities:
• Strong P&L management and budgeting experience
• Production expertise essential, ideally from a civils/mining background
• Health and Safety implementation essential
• Implementation of production and operational KPI’s
• Ability to look at and constantly improve margins
• Implementation of CapEx programme
Education:
• Ideally civil or mining engineering background
Requirements:
• Demonstrate an understanding of operational and implementation of Health and Safety procedures from an operational and occupational stand point
• Clear understanding of production efficiencies and their measurement
• Strong commercial understanding
• Excellent communicator with good English essential
