JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our client is looking for a Tender Managerto work in NORTHAMPTON.
You will join a team of 7 central Bid Managers, and will be responsible for tenders and bids, and creating first-rate documentation to deliver new or additional business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Writing and Managing the production of tenders or bids you'll work with the sales teams to co-ordinate and deliver bid/tender opportunities ensuring the right people provide input so you can develop quality final responses.
* Evaluate and Understand clients' requirements
Required Skills:
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and written communication ability.
* Must have experience of working on end to end bid process.
* You may be from financial services or another large corporate but must have excellent tender exposure.
* Must have strong negotiating skills, as a key part of the role will be challenging and influencing key stakeholders to agree goals and influence decisions.
* Must have attention to detail and work under pressure, either on your own or part of a team.
* Must be able to demonstrate track record of achieving deadlines to achieve business goals.
* Must be able to demonstrate ability to utilise analytical skills to augment reporting requirements of role.
IT skills:
Strong Microsoft Office application skills
Qualifications:
You must have strong GCSE grades in English and Math specifically
