A great opportunity has arisen for a fluent speaking German and English, Customer Service Representative.
You should have experience in a Customer Service environment. Working in a busy sales office, the ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
At least 2 years customer service experience,
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and other software,
The ability to manage your own time efficiently, working under pressure to achieve set targets,
Technical understanding and working knowledge of export procedures.
Mondays-Thursdays 08.00-1615: Fridays 0800-15.15
Any other language would be an asset.
