Our client based to the west of Reading is seeking a Customer Service Advisor with native level German and ideally a good level of spoken French to join an existing team of advisors.
This is a full time (37 hours per week) phone based Customer Advisor role and the working hours will be on a shift pattern basis(shifts are between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday, with the successful candidate working 1 in 3 Saturdays per month - 8am-3pm). You will be responsible for taking and processing orders, dealing with product queries and providing a high level of customer service at all times. You will proactively upsell to existing customers, be flexible and happy to work on a temp to perm basis.
