Position: Japanese spkg Associate / Business Support for Transaction - Banking Office

Job purpose:
Provide business support for Transaction Banking Office including communicate with Head Office or branches, creating reports and translating documents
Core responsibilities:
Provide business support for Transaction Banking Office
Provide routine and ad-hoc administrative for Transaction Banking Office
Maintain/create internal procedures
Liaise with Head Office and branches to provide/collect reports or information
Support Group Head and Department Head with reporting, filing and translating and so on
Education (Preferred):
Degree (Bachelors / HNC / HND)
Work Experience (Preferred):
Previous experience in Banking, financial services or IT company.
Functional/Technical Competencies (Essential):
Bilingual ( Japanese and English) Fluent in Excel and Word applications. Flexibility to work overtime when required.
Functional/Technical Competencies (Preferred): Knowledge of Banking or IT fields
Behavioural Competencies (Essential):
A good communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pragmatic problem solver, and creative thinker. Comfortable presenting information in meetings.
