Company: Our client is a global, dynamic and growing Gaming Company that provides major accounts in the Gaming industry mainly for multilingual Customer Support. They now have a vacancy for a German Community Manager in Brighton UK.
Role: As a gaming community manager you will be in charge of the gaming community relations, planning strategies to increase and active members. Your tasks will include; completing community based projects as assigned, assisting the development, marketing and PR team in releasing high quality content. You are also required to work in compliance with the fraud and investigation teams to enforce copyright infringement. In addition you will be responsible for billing and community safety issues in your geographic territory. Finally the successful candidate will provide feedback in relation to customer service, technical support and marketing.
Skills: The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills;
- Must be possess fluent German and excellent English.
- Solid online community management experience is required
- The ideal candidate will be strong in areas such as social media trends, Microsoft Windows/MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of MMORPGs, experience with website software both configuration and management and an interest in computer games is essential
- Knowledge of game development methods and practices is desired
- Must have the ability to provide information from the community coordinators and communicate this back to the publishing group.
- Posses a knowledge of sales, marketing, PR KPI`s and functionality to ensure the information passed on is relevant
