The company
Our client, the UK subsidiary of an international corporate bank is looking for an office administrator to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Your role:
Operating the switchboard, screening and forwarding calls in a confident and professional manner
Acting as the first point of contact for the bank when greeting delegations, clients and guests
Independently manage and order office supplies and stationery as and when required
Take responsibility for the maintenance of office equipment
Liaise with colleagues and delegations to arrange hospitality and travel arrangements
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to support procurement, reporting, payments and internal communication activities
Additional duties as and when required
Your skills:
Experience and familiarity with administration activities in an office environment
Fluency in English and ideally Mandarin
Excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude to support the bank as and when required
A passion for the financial services industry would be beneficial
