IBM's busy International Contact Centre in Greenock, Scotland has opportunities for German speakers with good English to join their dedicated customer support team. As a Manpower front line representative for IBM's brand and global reputation your written and oral communication skills, organisational ability and attention to detail will certainly be tested and developed. You will receive full product training and work with the support of an experienced team.
