Our client based in Liverpool city centre, are looking for Danish Customer Service Agents to join an exciting project based in their modern, easily accessible office in Liverpool.
You will be representing the brand, responding to a variety of customer queries via e-mail and phone, providing a high level of customer service, aiming for a first time resolution.
Preferred Skills:
* If you have a strong background in Customer Service - we're open-minded about both the field of customer service you've worked in
* Self-motivated with a strong customer service focus
All applicants will need to be fluent in Danish
