Due to expansion, an Oxford based company is now looking for German speaking Customer Support Administrators who also are fluent in English. Candidates will be working as an integral part of their Global Customer support team.
The role will be to deal with external customers, to respond to queries by using phone and e-mail as well as to build strong professional relationships. You will be making sure that you provide a good customer focus at all times. Candidates must be able to provide proactive feedback to the Directors on improving the client service, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
Candidates must have a customer focus, be accurate and articulate and be able to build continuous relationships both internally and externally. Be able to work in a team and show flexibility. You should also have excellent language skills, both written and spoken German and English. You should be a competent Microsoft Office user.
